Collection

Once you have set a collection date and time, you must adhere to this schedule.

Delivery

For celebration cakes, delivery is available at an extra cost depending on the location and subject to availability. Wedding cakes and any tiered cakes above two tiers cannot be collected and will only be delivered to your specified venue. Charges for delivery and setup will be included in your quote.

For the delivery of postal items, once the treats have left my premises and are in the hands of a delivery company, the delivery is out of my control. I am not liable for any mistreatment of items or any damage to goods due to handling or weather conditions.

TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR CAKE

Cakes, as with many food items, require certain temperature control and careful transportation.

• Cakes must be kept on a flat surface, either in your passenger footwell or the boot. Holding the cake or placing it on a seat is not recommended.
• Ensure the heating in the car is off. If it is a warm day, make sure the AC has been running for some time before placing the cake in the car.
• Avoid direct sunlight on the cake. Hold the cake by the base only and do not hold it against your body.
• When transporting cakes yourself, ensure they have been refrigerated beforehand. Traveling with a room-temperature cake is likely to cause damage.
• Please drive carefully, as I cannot be held accountable for any damages that may occur once a cake has left my possession. Follow my advice to ensure the safety of your cake.
