Refunds for cakes are expressly at the discretion of Olive tree Cakes.

Refunds will not be given for customers that have simply changed their mind or if the cake has been damaged out of our care.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If the cake has been consumed, in large part or in full, these Terms and Conditions do not apply and there will be no refund given.
